Faith Foundations Classes
These classes cover basic biblical teachings, assisting new believers and new attendees to assimilate into the church. A course booklet is provided and classes are free of charge. Classes run in 4-week blocks and usually take place on Wednesdays during the mid-week service. This course is open to all, but is required for those who desire to join the Helps Team.
Inspire Team Training
Monthly training workshops are designed to prepare church members for helps and leadership roles. Team members can increase their knowledge of leadership principles and develop skills useful for serving in the church and in the community. Topics include: people skills, team work, communication skills, conflict resolution and more. Sessions include presentations and discussions.
Connection Groups
Specialized groups run throughout the year offering the opportunity to connect with other like-minded believers by participating in meaningful activities in a casual small group setting. Groups and meeting times are posted on the website.
Faith Kids
Children's ministry is an essential part of the church and our goal is to help children of all ages learn about God in a meaningful and fun way. The Faith Kids program is offered on Sunday mornings from nursery up to age 10. Faith Kids @ Nite takes place during the Wednesday night service. Children ages 3-9 are welcome to participate in various activities in a relaxed environment.
Impact Youth
Youth are welcome to join the Impact youth group on Wednesday nights during the mid-week service. This meeting provides an opportunity for youth to build friendship, learn Bible principles, engage in meaningful discussion and enjoy games and other fun activities. Impact Youth also hosts conferences and offers opportunities for youth to serve their community.
Prayer Ministry
Prayer is the power plant of the church. John Wesley said, "It seems as though God can do nothing for humanity unless someone asks Him." Prayer groups are scheduled throughout the week at various times. Participants must first attend a prayer seminar. All members are encouraged to participate in regular prayer.
Media
Media is an exciting ministry area that strives for excellence in the field of communication technology. The vision of the media ministry is to compliment and support the communication of the Gospel at Faith City Church. Sunday and Wednesday services are livestreamed. Media opportunities include audio, camera and tri-caster operation, technical support, graphic design and promotion.
Music Ministry
The music ministry offers team members the opportunity to express their love for God through praise and worship, utilizing their musical gifts. The music team, including singers, musicians, and sound technicians practice regularly and minister at weekly services. Music team members also minister in an outreach capacity, such as conferences and community events.
Wordshop
The bookstore was established to assist believers to educate themselves in their Christian faith. Faith-filled materials covering a variety of topics are available. Books, Bibles, CDs, music and FCC merch are always in stock. Enjoy the latest publications from reputable authors such as Kenneth & Lynette Hagin, Mark Hankins and many others. Pastor Roma's books and publications are also available. The Wordshop is open after services and during regular church office hours.
Outreach Events
At Faith City Church we believe in the importance of reaching out to others in the community. Significant events are hosted throughout the year, such as conferences, Children's Trunk or Treat, Backpack Program, Summer BBQ, just to name a few.
HELPS Ministry
Volunteers are the life blood of any church organization. Here at Faith City Church, we are excited to see great membership participation. The Helps Ministry program is designed to advance the overall vision of the church. The Bible exhorts individual believers to use their gifts and talents to benefit the kingdom of God. Involvement in the ministry of helps is not only a personal responsibility, but is an integral part of Christian character and growth. New members are encouraged to attend a Helps Orientation session in order to prepare for serving and learn about the various helps opportunities at Faith City Church.
